WHAT ABOUT SOY?

 

There are estrogenically active compounds in many foods including soya beans, corn, linseed, alfalfa, olives, beans and probably plants in the celery family such as fennel, aniseed, coriander, parsley, parsnips & etc. 

 Asian women have a reduced incidence of symptoms indicative of menopausal imbalance and they also have much soy produce in their diet. There is a fundamental difference in the type of soy that Asian women eat compared with the Western world.

 Regular unfermented soy has been linked to all sorts of health issues including digestive problems, immune system compromise, reproductive problems in both men and women, PMS, endometriosis, loss of libido, allergies, ADD and ADHD, allergies and increased heart disease and cancer risk.

 In Japan, the soy eaten soy is nearly always in fermented form such as Natto (Nattokinase)

 Miso. Tempeh, Soy sauce (tamari), Fermented tofu, Fermented soy milk, Pickled tofu, Haelan.
